The customer decided this would be a good time to spend some of their cash in addition to the money received from the insurance company to add a few upgrades and additional work to the undamaged areas of the home. Since most of the windows were being replaced, they decided to pay to replace the other old and outdated windows as well. Since we're tearing out all the windows, might as well replace the faded and dated siding as well!
