Exterior Updates: Modern Style Meets Functionality

1. Asbestos Siding Removal

  Safety was our top priority as we carefully removed the home’s old asbestos siding. Once cleared, we replaced it with stunning Norandex Cedar Knolls D-5 vinyl siding in Graphite, creating a sleek, modern look. Along the way, we repaired or replaced any rotted or damaged sheathing to ensure the home’s structure was sound.

2. Soffit, Fascia, and Gutters  

  We installed fresh white soffit, fascia, and gutters to complement the new siding. These upgrades ensure proper ventilation and water management while adding a crisp, clean finish to the home.

3. Storm-Damaged Roof Repairs

2. Bedroom Closet Upgrades

  We replaced closet shelf supports to ensure durability and usability.

3. Front Entry Drywall

  Damaged drywall in the front entry was replaced and painted, creating a warm and welcoming space.

4. Attic Insulation and Ventilation

  New attic insulation and vents were installed to boost energy efficiency and comfort throughout the home.



Safety First: Electrical and Detector Updates

1. Electrical Repairs  

  Faulty outlets were repaired, and GFCI outlets were installed in the kitchen. (GFCI stands for **Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter**. These outlets protect against electrical shock by cutting off power if they sense a surge or imbalance, especially near water sources like sinks.) 

2. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

  We installed these life-saving devices on each floor and in each of the bedrooms to meet modern safety standards.
